Truck's Staging and Check-In area is down Washington Rd., Citgo Station at corner of Washington Rd. & Hwy-27.
The Signage for Truck Traffic is understated. 🛣🪧

The delivery process went smoothly once I turned around and learned the procedure for Truck's Deliveries and Shipping.

Live unload completed within an hour of checking in and docking.

Have been coming here for many many years. The place has become a disaster for getting loaded. Last time I was here they had the order incorrect and the loading process took 5 hours for about 120 pallets. This trip (still loading) total load is about 8 pallets from dock 8 and dock 1. Noon appt and I arrived at 10:30. Was told I was too early and will have to wait. Thats standard for this place. Put me in the first dock about 12:45 and got out of there around 15:00 for my 4 pallets. Dock 1 arrived here at 15:05 and have been sitting here for over 2 hours and still waiting for my additional 4 pallets. They need to get some new personnel. This place has never been a Cracker Jack for live loading but it has gotten 10 times worse. A lot of companies drop and hook so you might want to try that avenue cuz live loading is a disaster. About half of the people you deal with are ok but the rest have poor attitudes.
When you arrive you go across the street to truck staging and park then walk up to the window to check in. As for overnight parking, that is hit or miss. If they are not busy and staging is open they might let you in. I’ve only been able to stay on site once over the years. I found other hiding spots. There is a pilot 13 mile north on 27 but good luck getting in there. It is always packed.

Everyone experience is different but fortunately for me it wasn’t bad at all. 9am appointment and received a door by 9:04am and was loaded 1 hour later.

Easy In. And out process all trucks report to shipping receiving office which is off-site across the road just past convenient store once checked in then you go across street to actual plant to load unload that's when I had to play the work me in because I was late game but I wasn't dispatched for the load until after the appt. Time but always we are punished for none of our own doings.

To be something free to do this was a fun stop ,on are road trip. they had a cute little gift shop to. With free samples of their Orange juices.

Visited the Grove House Visitor's Center and enjoyed. Cute gift shop and juice samples. The orange candied popcorn was tasty. Watched a 13 minute movie on their history, movie runs every 30 minutes. We spent about 40 minutes to an hour there. Enjoyed.
