Made a reservation for a tasting here while we visited Sonoma on a business trip. Our wine tasting with Evan was fantastic. What an education we received on how they make their wine and about wine in general. Brent was kind enough to give us a special behind the scenes tour. We bought two bottles and were lucky enough to have them survive the flight back to Philadelphia. We can't wait for an occasion to drink them because their wine is amazing.

They have some of the best wines I've ever tasted. By far the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. And the owner took the time to show us how to make wine. This is definitely one of my top five favorite wineries.

We had a wonderful time at fogline winery. We tasted more wines than we expected and the staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The wines were excellent, we especially liked the Chardonnay. It was very unique and I don't mean that as a euphemism for bad as we bought a bottle. It was a great experience, a very personal tasting. We were from out of town and they gave us many great suggestions as to what to do, where to go to eat and stay while in the area. I'd recommend this to anybody.

Evan and company are friendly, down-home and thoroughly knowledgeable. I was made to feel at home as a beginning wine enthusiast, and joined their wine club for regular shipments. I also enjoy stopping by occasionally just for a glass. The olive oil that's sold there is awesome.

We had a great experience at Fogline. The tasting room staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the wines we tasted were really nice. We bought four bottles. This is clearly a winery created and run by people passionate about wine and happy to pass on what they know.

Fogline is the best!! A small winery with amazing wines that are so good I almost want to keep them a secret, but figure I'll share so others can experience the cool vibes, unpretentious owners and delicious wines. Evan & Brent really know how to explain the process of their wine making to total dopes like me and make a visit to their tasting room a fun time ( ok we kind of detour whenever we are in a 20 mile radius. Best thing is the wine club, they do great events for the wine members..barrel tasting, blending parties, release events...seriously the events alone are worth joining.
Next time you are on River Rd pop in and say Hi you won't regret it, and it's the 1st winery on that rd so no excuses!...enjoy!!
