Great location with everything in stock. I arrived shortly after 10 am and their poke station had everything ready. Fish here is really fresh and buttery. You can’t go wrong w the hot prepared food or any of the drinks here as well. Staff is friendly and you’ll get a discount if you’re a member

Horrible experience. My partner and I had a poke bowl there yesterday at noon, and we’ve been suffering ever since—non-stop vomiting, diarrhea, completely stuck in the bathroom for 24 hours. They claim their fish is ‘fresh, caught daily,’ but given this food poisoning nightmare, I seriously doubt it. On top of that, the service was terrible. Never again!

Staff goes out their way to help. Always kind and respectful, full of Aloha! Local grindz and great produce. Ono fresh meats and fish, take out bar of fresh cooked foods, bakery, sweets, mochi, cakes, cookies. Maika’i brands food saves you money, High quality.

i had a terrible visit I went to sea food for a poke bowl and this lady wearing a mask was not only rude but when making my pokebowl she gave the smallest portions ever. asked for unagi sauce and she didn’t have. I asked for furikaki on the rice and she didn’t have. everybody else besides her was very kind but i don’t think i’ll be buying anything poke related there agin

Ladies at the poke counter were absolutely awful. They've given more attitude than poke, weren't even paying attention to the customers. Acted like it was a problem when I asked for two poke bowls even though its their JOB. Didn't receive any utensils and worse of all, the poke tasted like their service. Foul.

Update, good experience today. No issues at all.
Would have been 5 stars but used the express lane (8 items Max), lady ahead of me had 15 or 20. Cashier didn't call customer on it, and when I mentioned it to cashier the response was.... Oh sorry.
