Amazing service from moment they greet you at hotel until they drop you off your every need is met. As mentioned hotel is very high-tech love the wristband for room key and all the room features. A most value added food outlet is The Break - the staff is super friendly and helpful and you can get everything from a latte and scone in the morning to a sweet in the afternoon or even an alcoholic beverage. Another highlight for us was the well equipped gym with the most amazing view and top-notch equipment. Don’t miss yoga on the beach - what a relaxing experience from the sound of the chirp of the birds to the crash of the waves.

This place is beautiful, the staff are excellent, and the scenery is amazing. We felt privileged to be here as a couple for a getaway from the kids. I spent most of my time at the beach where we had some rougher waves that I really enjoyed. We also enjoyed the Koi fish and parrots along with all the secret nooks to sit and relax in. We ate at all the restaurants and had a good to great meal at each. My favorite was waking up early and having an outdoor breakfast looking over the ocean. Thank you Four Seasons Lanai, we can't wait to come back!

I am extremely happy after my stay at Four Seasons Lanai. Every part of my stay was excellent.

If there was any way possible for my trip to have been better, I don’t know what it is.

My room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had every amenity I could want. Every member of the staff was super nice and super helpful. The beach is awesome & the service down there (chairs, towels, water, etc) is great.

The observatory is so fun and the two young women who run the place were knowledgeable and friendly. This is a very cool perk of the resort.

The resort is also home to some rescue parrots who are looked after by a friendly guy named Bruno.

If you are looking for the most relaxing possible vacation (and you can swing the price tag), this is it.

So if you want complete tranquility go to their sister hotel in the mountains (Sensei) but if you want a wonderful pool and ocean experience, beautiful rooms that feel like you are in nature and one of the best Nobu's I've ever experienced, come here. You must go on the snorkel sail just to enjoy the boat. Everything at this hotel is luxurious. The only downside is you will see a lot of children (if you want to avoid them, go to Sensei) and the occasional Trump apparel (which I find completely distasteful at a place like this where you are spending so much money - keep politics at home, please. Thank you.) Other than that, you can't go wrong here.

This Hawaiian island hotel is an oasis of calm and beauty. You arrive via Lanair which is arranged by the hotel.|It is a seamless transfer from Honolulu.||The hotel is nestled in a magnificent secluded bay with amazing views of the ocean. Lush tropical trees and flora is everywhere and the internal finishes of the woodwork and art decorations are stunning.||Food is covered by two restaurants, one is Nobu and the other is a Nancy Silverton italian restaurant. Each is very different and both are excellent, with good choices and lots of fresh fish, meat , sushi and pasta.||Staff are exceptional, happy, efficient and there to help you with anything you need.||There are 2 pools one is adult only ,which just means no children jumping etc.||Nothing else to say...... just stay here for 4 or 5 days and let the calm wash over you.|If you need to decompress and relax this is the place to do it. ||The beach is stunning, quiet, clean and you can order food for your lunch to be delivered.

It’s impossible to exaggerate the level of island elegance one can experience at the this beachfront property. It’s lush grounds; rich polished wood interior combined with impeccable service; world renown dining opportunities and top notch Spa practitioners made our stay here a holiday of ultimate relaxation. It has a white sand beach, adult only as well as family friendly pools where attendees set-up lounge chairs, offer sunscreen and lotion, speciality cocktails and delicious choices of food. Along with those waterfront area’s one can choose to relax through out the grounds where seating area’s have been situated within the beautifully curated botanicals by the waterfalls and koi ponds. If making friends with rescued macaws and parrots appeal to you, this is the only Four Season’s Resort where you can do that as their caretaker Uncle Bruno brings them poolside for one to one interactions. Perhaps the most memorable experience was spending a couple of information filled hours with Samson, one of the resorts Hawaiian culture experts. A locally born and raised Lanai-an, he shared his vast knowledge of the land and its people throughout history. | If one would like to go off property, activities like the golfing the world famous Manele Golf course; exploring Lana’i City, coastal beaches, and Sendai Four Seasons, the hotels’s sister resort, shuttles and jeep rentals are readily available. We had the pleasure of hiring a catamaran to sail and snorkel took a guided e-bike tour and zip-lining experience at the nearby adventure park, all well -worth the time and monetary investment.

Perfect honeymoon choice if you’re looking to relax. We had a great stay. Love the rooms, restaurants, staff, and massages. We also loved the Sensei property grounds. I hope to make it back! They also have fish food for the various ponds around the property. Whoever is managing the grounds needs an award because the plants and overall landscaping is simply stunning.

There is service and then there is above and beyond service. Daniel at the front desk actually *sent a driver to a pharmacy that was closed* to pick up supplies we needed. That’s truly remarkable. I’ve stayed at some bougie places but I don’t know that I’ve ever had service like that. Incredible!
