Purchased Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher as of late. It was time! I have never been less than impressed and subsequently happy with their entire team at Frederickson's. Quality products all around. Timely, friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air!

Frederickson's did a service call to my home to install a refrigerator. Upon instillation, the service worker dis-repaired our dishwasher water line and when I called to have the worker come back out to check the line, the company absolutely refused. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to another company to come fix their mistake.

I'd give negative stars if possible. The manager was dismissive and rude, and it is terrible business practice to be so unwilling to come check to see if it was your service workers fault. I will never use them again.

Well, sorry to say but don't take your jeep there. It had to get towed from Fredericksons "they towed it" on there own behalf, because they could not figure how to properly replace the "motor mounts" because when we went to pick it up. It would NOT go in geer once started. I have pictures of two parts they didn't put on the motor and intake. Don't make this same mistake.. it costed.. $725 to fix there mistakes and be driveable. Always good in the PAST. Seems not the case anymore ?

Impossible to shop or price check online! If we have to all & beg for a price why even had an online site! No call text or email so what’s the point. Put the pricing online!! I shouldn’t have to drive over & price tires

Had my car towed there early AM, called them at open told them my problem and had my car by 1 PM. It was fixed and at least $200 cheaper than anyone else in town or nearby!

My freezer went out on my extra refrigerator so I had to get something else for my household of 7. So, I got our family the biggest deep-freezer in the store. I didn't pay straight up cash but qualified on the 90 day same as cash program. The sales representative was very friendly and very helpful on my selection, he has knowledge on the products that helped with my decision making. Thank you Frederickson's
