Freedom Bakery was the yummiest addition to our dream wedding! We postponed twice, and they graciously accommodated the date changes. We had white cupcakes with raspberry lemon, chocolate cupcakes with mint chocolate chip, white cupcakes with ganache and chocolate buttercream, and a carrot cake for the next day 🙂 All cupcake flavors were crowd pleasers, and guests definitely went back for seconds. We also loved the carrot cake (the bride's favorite) in the days following the wedding. Working with the Freedom Bakery team was an absolute joy, and we can't recommend them more!

Paul made the tasting process for our wedding cake incredibly straightforward. They were incredibly accommodating to meet our needs and what we were looking for. All of the cakes we tasted were unbelievable which made choosing the flavor a bit challenging but Paul really helped us to finally settle on our decision of raspberry amaretto. The cake received high praise the day of our wedding and my husband and I ended up eating the top layer for the whole following week. We wanted a simple elegant cake with just textured icing and fresh flowers and it truly turned out beautiful and delicious! We definitely plan on getting cakes from them in the future.

This review is long overdue! My wife and I were married last November in Monterey. After finding our venue, we had exactly 28 days to plan our wedding. As you might imagine, finding a bakery that was available to do our cake on such short notice was going to be a challenge. Luckily for us, Freedom Bakery came to our rescue! They were able to produce an absolutely amazing piece of art that our friends and family rave about to this day. And, it was deeeelicious! So many bakeries seem to place the priority on the appearance of a cake rather than the taste. And, after all, it is meant to be consumed, so shouldn't it taste good, too? Well, they certainly think so at Freedom Bakery. And, as a final hurrah: we saved the cake top for our anniversary. And, it was even better than we remembered. Soooo yummy. I ate cake all weekend. Freedom Bakery, we can't thank you enough.
