They should instruct their drivers to be more mindful and courteous of other people’s time. I asked the driver to back up a little to be able to pull my car out and he was very rude responding “when I park I park and you’re just gonna have to wait” what an incredible rude person. He could have parked in an area where he wouldn’t be obstructing other cars, but of course he was just thinking of what’s more convenient to him. Maybe teach them to Be mindful of other person needs and time. As they represent the core values of your company.

If I could give FreshPoint zero stars, I would. I’ve been a truck driver for years, and I’ve never experienced anything as bad as the past three days dealing with this company.

I’ve been stuck at their facility for three full days, and it’s been a complete nightmare. Every time I check in, they tell me they either don’t have the produce ready or the produce they have isn’t suitable for delivery. Meanwhile, I’ve been left stranded with no access to proper food or a shower because there’s no truck stop nearby.

On top of that, the employees at FreshPoint were some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and even had the nerve to talk about charging extra fees while complaining about not having proper loaders. Their lack of organization and professionalism is beyond belief.

I’ve done everything I can on my end, but they’ve made it impossible to do my job. After looking into their reviews, I’m honestly shocked they’re still in business. I would strongly advise anyone—drivers, companies, anyone—to stay far away from FreshPoint.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in my career, and I hope I never have to deal with them again.

Never coming back here horrible experience
The girl in the office is very rude . I know sometime your load not ready but it’s ok you can tell driver to wait politely in a good manner no need to be rude on somebody. Not only me she was rude to everybody when I was there .
If someone from higher management of this facility reading this review please address the issue

This fresh point company is absolutely useless. I checked in at 6:00 in the morning. And it's still 10 o'clock. I haven't found the string yet. Talk very rudely.So - point -0.

Been here for 4 hours and 39 minutes so far. They say first come first served yet ive watched trucks check in after me getting door assigned. As far as I am concerned their company falls under the lier category of business paratices.

One of these trucks just disturbed our entire street at 5am for a delivery. DELIVERIES CAN ONLY BE MADE AFTER 7AM IN LONG BEACH. beeping for 20 minutes while he backed in to deliver nothing because they weren’t open yet.

Lady at the shipping office was really having an attitude she will not help you at all dont ask her anything, dont knock on her window or door, dont event look at her, there is a clipboard where you are supposed to sign in for Produce Hunter pickups, I wanted to make sure I was signing in where I was supposed to since my ratecon only said I was picking up for Freshpoint, not even the broker knew anything about Produce Hunter
