They took 3hr to unload full trailer

The service is terrible. I've been here since 4:40 in the morning. I was the first to arrive and it's 10:10 and they still haven't unloaded me. Besides, I'm the first to unload after 53 minutes. Other trucks that arrived after me are unloading first. What a terrible service.

Arrived at 1100 for our 1130 appointment. Very small parking lot and area to turn around and back up to dock. Checked in, told to park at end and they'd come let us know when they were ready. Didn't wait too long before a guy came and knocked on door, told us which door to back up to. Took some maneuvering to not end up in the ditch but patience and using the driveway to the building across the street made it possible. Finally unloaded and on our way at 1350. Very expensive lumper fee. Bathroom for use inside the will call area. Clean and stocked. Friendly employees.

Takes all day backing night 🌙 mare. This place is very unprofessional. Got here for a 9 30am appointment. Got in door at 1 pm . Still no movement on. Trailer. Trucks come after me and leave before. The Manger who looks black. Is very rude. This place is a clock nightmare. And wish I knew number to corporate. Avoid all dispatch to this place.

Got in 5:15 for a 6:00am appmt, no staff until 6 but got checked in and assigned a door as soon as staff arrived, Check in by door 1, Careful with maneuvering with a ditch straight across from doors if assigned doors 1-5,

Staff was very helpful got unloaded in about an hour and half and paperwork ready! Staff was helpful!
