6 people in line with weekly groceries, and only one register open. I’m writing this in line, so the longer this takes the worse the review will be.

My wife and I moved here two years ago and we live next door, and we typically drive down to the Fry’s on Chandler. The produce is fresher, and staff is more friendly. This Fry’s has some of the odds and sends we need, but nowhere near the selection of the one a few blocks away.

I use the soda stream bottles and try to run by and grab the CO2 here, but the staff is never trained up on how to do the rebates.

This is entirely a management issue. The employees are doing their best, but if they’re so understaffed. Laurie is great, Josie is great. They’re doing their best, but if management keeps cutting corners, I’ll just go through Amazon.

No steaks on special out. Meat person said he would get to them. Last week, they were on the truck and couldn't get to them. Getting real tired of things on special out of stock. It is a consistent thing with them

It’s Friday night, our family went to Fry’s 628 shopping, it’s 10:40 pm almost closed , a cashier is busy but he helped grandma to get electric wheelchair and helped us to purchase! When we get the car, he send us a bag that was we forgot to left there! We were so grateful he found it for us! His name is Tylen ! Excellent Fry’s store employee!

Shockingly bad service by store manager and assistant manager. If I hadn't lived it I wouldn't believe it! An employee error left me waiting at checkout for over 20 minutes while my ice cream melted. An employee assistant manager and the store manager all crowded around the register.

Guess how many gave me eye contact? None. Guess how many apologized or thanked me for waiting? None. Then the manager leaves for another 5 minutes to make a copy of my receipt.

Employees and customers tried to move around me like I was radioactive.

And still I waited. And waited. And waited!

At 25 minutes I left feeling infuriated.

This is not OK!!

First and only time I’ll ever shop here. Never have I ever felt lost in a grocery store like I was when shopping here on a Sunday. It’s not a clean store by any means as well. Cheese away from other dairy; breads in different locations; the placement of dry and canned goods that made no sense. And at the checkout they want to charge a $.75 fee for ‘cash back.’ No thanks. I won’t be shopping here. Strange, there’s a Fry’s at 40th & Chandler Ave. Why so close to each other? The other is bigger, and sells clothes and other seasonal items. It makes no sense to shop at this Fry’s. None whatsoever.

Not as big as a full-sized Fry's Marketplace, they do a great job keeping the items in stock that most customers use regularly. Also offer fuel points that credit up to $1 per gallon off. If you buy gift cards for things you use a lot, like Starbucks, their bonus programs make the points add up fast. Get their App and quit clipping sale offers. Their floral department has a lot of interesting arrangements, always worth a look. This is one of their cactus after a couple years of nurturing.

*UPDATE* same as before.
This store sucks there is a dude always pushing a broom and instead of going around you insists on going in the spot you're in, the cashier is always assuming that you are stealing. I've had the tiny Asian lady accuse me of stealing. There is someone always always in the way be it the dang order puller for pickup orders or someone with their cart of trash stocking. The staff is not understanding and they don't provide the best customer service at all. I had asked, to me what I thought was a manger to show me where a product was and instead of him taking the time to go over to the Isle the item was in he said well if it's not on the shelf then we're out. Today was the last straw at this store this lady at the self checkout told me that I used a digital coupon at her register yesterday and I did not in fact use that digital coupon because I just found out about that coupon at that time at the store today. I was so frustrated I left my order there. I will never be back to this location matter of fact I actually transferred my prescriptions to Sam's Club.

Clean store quite busy on a Sunday afternoon. Other customers were very pleasant as was the staff. Staff was very helpful, although no offer to carry or help groceries to the car for elderly customers with absolute NEED! Overall a pretty decent place to buy groceries.
