Füdgarten in Fort Lee, NJ is the spot for Burgers, salads and bowls. This fast casual cute cafe is the perfect spot for a lunch or a quick dinner! I definitely felt better after I left-everything is so fresh!

The food was amazing! We had the Chicken Cesar Wrap and the Creole Burger. The ingrients and presentation were top-notch. Can not wait to go back on a tuesday for the Crispy Chicken Cesar Wrap. We also had a nice conversation with the owner. Awesome spot and great atmosphere, will see you soon!

It’s ok. People running it are nice, they play heavy metal music instead that was different, the bread was super hard I couldn’t eat it but the guys were very tasty. Great drink selection.

After a tough workout left me feeling nauseous, I headed to Füdgarten in Fort Lee, NJ, for a revitalizing meal. I ordered a tuna sandwich and asked for it to be spicy. The friendly staff added jalapeños and sriracha, transforming it into a flavorful, energizing treat that left me feeling great.

As a regular, I’ve also tried their Chicken Chili Bowl—a hearty mix of tender chicken, beans, and a rich chili sauce—and their customizable meal prep bowls. Each dish is fresh, satisfying, and packed with vibrant flavors.

This place was an amazing spot to grab lunch while charging my car. Mike, the owner, suggested I go for the special and I’m glad I did! The special was a delicious quinoa and chicken asada bowl.

I think the pricing was fair for the portion and quality, and I’ll definitely be back.

Füdgarten is a great place to get your healthy kicks going on smoothies, foods, and more. The past few times I came here, it was always delicious. You leave here knowing you tried different drinks or food off the menu, and it's yummy each time.

Plenty of seating options, all forms of payment are accepted and shared parking lot with other stores too. Staff is helpful on any questions, too.

Great overall options on the menu. It can be a little expensive, however we haven't found many places compared to Füdgarten and it's definitely worth the visit.

I personally like eating the food at Füdgarten than bringing it to go. More fresh, tastes are amazing.

The food was great! The place looks nice and clean, very spacious. The female worker was on her personal phone call the whole time, however she was friendly and helpful to us. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have a healthy and tasty meal.
