Checked in at 10am for 10am Pickup appointment for Transfer load to oregon and got loaded at noon
Needs to Ring Bell for Check in and wait , Loaders are busy takes a while to Show Up

0700 appt. Checked in 0500. They start taking paperwork at 0545. If you check in early you can park inside. Once you submit your paperwork if you are not assigned a door they will come and get you. Takes approximately 4 to 5 hours to get unloaded. No lumpers.

AVOID!!!!! Do not deliver here they take up to 18 hours to unload. We have had drivers deliver to this location twice. Both times they unloaded other trucks ahead of time. A guy named Colin said he didn’t care if we came first. He unloaded multiple trucks before he got to ours. AVOID This place!!!!

Delivery starts at 7 am. Go to check in even at the night, they always have somebody at the booth, so they will let you park inside. Otherwise park on the street, it’s ok too. Yes, Mexican, not easy to conversate

Small company, but pretending to be big. Slow unloading. Been her few times. Tried calling them to see if they want me earlier, but can’t reach them. Making all the excuses that the receiving is at the meeting for hours. Came in earlier one day, was told that they took one truck early today, so come back tomorrow. Next day tells me, you should of come yesterday. People in receiving are cool, but it is their managers who Trying to act smart and think that truckers are robots. Sitting in Sacramento for 2 days just for this load.

Although it took longer to get loaded but very nice people. Very polite and respectful. They do realize that it is taking longer.
