♿️ I love the walking trail here. It is a very mild, easy trail to just get some steps in and not walk in a circle. There is plenty to look at, and there are some baby magnolia trees coming up. Follow the red, crushed gravel that starts right across the street from the high school.
You will follow it behind the Civic Center, in front of the Senior Center, next to the Museum (open on Tues and Thursdays I believe), and you can even go behind City Hall, if you're feeling adventurous.
Millineum Park is located here as well, and it is the veterans' memorial.
If you are used to walking, this won't take you maybe half an hour, stopping to take photos. It's only 1/2 a mile. I've walked it twice now and love it. Walked once while it was sunny, and the second time, it was just a little rainy.
Highly recommend if you are just starting your fitness journey. Lots of places to stop and rest. Benches were found all along the trail.

Once again I had a great experience here while participating as a vendor in the Merry Market. The facility is always clean and there is sufficient parking.

Great facilities. Great for meetings small and large. I just got back from a Chamber of Commerce meeting at this location and it was phenomenal.

Been here a long time. But always looks clean and the basketball court is recently redone. They do have a lot of lifting equipment even though the area isn't super big.

This place was super busy on a Saturday morning. There were basketball games, a pagent, an exercise class, and maybe even more. It is a very nice facility with available, kind, and helpful staff.

We had an amazing time Saturday soaking up the sun while listening to live music being played..There were lots of carnival games and rides as well as an amazing mix of eats and treats to choose from! There were a number of vendors, both inside the Civic Center and out, that had a wonderful selection of goods to purchase. There was even fun for our four legged family members! The Magnolia Festival had a little something for everyone! The people were so friendly and very helpful! There was no admission charge and no charge for parking. I had no problem getting to the park or getting out at the end of the day! All in all, it was a great festival and no stress..I was even able to get extra cash from an ATM machine inside the Civic Center for lunch and other yummy treats! 😋
