No, I can sell you stuff “… that’s an odd customer service reply…obviously I’ll go somewhere else and just buy a new one…false advertising! Update your website!

We have bought several tools here and will keep coming back. No pressure sales. Good customer service. Lots of free information. Advice from them: don't buy it until you've shopped and compared. And it's small and local. Can't go wrong. Prices are competitive. Service offsets any differences.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to try Gardener's Aid, but my experience was only positive. I brought my lawnmower to them for repair. They were very pleasant, but at first indicated they had too big of a backlog to take my lawnmower. I had more-or-less the same story from Bill's Lawnmower service and Hendrix, so no surprise. But, they wanted to help me fix it myself, if they could do that. Well, long story short, they ended up fixing my machine pretty much on the spot. And they gave me a very fair price. Definitely going back.

Quick service, friendly and honest advice. They will tell you if it worth fixing. Best prices in town to fix your lawn mower. Costs a lot less to fix it then to replace it. Also has all the lawn care supplies you need. Call to make sure they have room to take in your machine. Sometimes the shop is full.

I left a pro-quality Stihl chainsaw for service. No questions asked, cost no object, just make it happy. After picking it up I found it still would not start. I brought it back, which took some effort on my part as I live a half-hour from the shop. When I picked it up the second time, I got a load of nasty attitude from a big guy in the back repair area. It still didn't start properly, and my fence guy later pointed out that the choke wasn't engaging. I called Gardners Aid to give them one more chance, and to find out who the guy I had dealt with was. Turns out he's the owner, so I don't think there's much point in returning. I'm now shopping for a pro-quality hedge trimmer. GA won't get that business. If you enjoy giving a shop money in exchange for failure and a snotty attitude, this is your place.

I have been a landscaper since high school and having the best dealer is just as, arguably more important than having the best equipment.

Cut to the chase, these guys know their s**t. They carry a very select line of the best equipment, including a line of lawn mowers built like tanks, inported from Florida. (Florida has the toughest grass i've ever seen. If it can handle FL, it can handle our wimpy grass.)
They never push me to get the priciest machine everytime - instead, they ask what you need it for, and recommend an appropriate model. (I got a screaming deal on a Stihl saw and accessories) And my favorite part - they don't discourage me doing my own repairs like my other dealer... they know what a pro landscaper needs. No waiting for eternity if I need a major repair either.
