Gathering springs is not only a working form but also a small Airbnb. The location is a little bit off the beaten path in Middleburg, but well worth a side trip! The hostess and manager of the form was exceedingly nice and gave us a map for a self-tour of the property. The room was clean, well stocked and in a location adjacent to the main house above the garage.
The property was well maintained, and a working farm that is growing multiple crops.
I would greatly enjoy coming back there in a few years, to see how the form is progressing!
It is inspiring to see a small farm like this , with a passionate owner/manager building, not only a business but a sustainable food operation.
