Great customer service at the receiving office. They took me two hours early. Arkward Dock parking but I managed. Had me unloaded in 10 minutes and papers ready as I was pulling out the gate.

Showed up at 0800 for a 1200 appt and still sitting in gravel/clay lot waiting it's 1400. This is f'd up for driver's and unexceptable. Load doesn't pay to lose 8hrs+ of your time sitting

Appt: Wed 2100
Arrived: 1415
Park in dirt trailer/employee parking lot across from Gemstone. Turn off McEntire onto Refreshment. Walk across street to check in. Shipping/Receiving is small building on right.
I didnt check in until 1 hr before my appt bc I needed to reset my clock.
Dock: 21:45....Tight, dark but do-able. I was in Dock 1 and was able to driver side back with tandems forward and a truck next to me in Dock 2. Dock 2 is on the edge of the property so would be a blind side back for you.
Finished loading: 22:30
Friendly folks, overnight parking.
Parked back across street to finish reset.

Been here a few times and overall not a bad experience. Appointment time was 5am, checked in, got a door right away, out within 1.5 hours at best. Found the staff to be very friendly, the yard jockey and the fork lift driver both attempted to help me back into the door (not that I needed help) but its fairly tight with only 2 doors.

Very friendly people and once you’re on the dock they are pretty fast. It’s an older place with only two docks so wait time can vary depending on how busy they are. Staging is across the street in the same lot as the employee parking. It is very tight because the employees have no idea how much room we need and they park wherever and however they want so be patient. Other things to note is if you get dock two it’s a blindside only so if you’re not comfortable with that ask for help. Overall it’s not to bad but it’s gonna test your patience and skills.

Arrived early for a 11am appointment and didnt get unloaded until 8pm. The only restroom available was in a machine shop and there wasnt any toilet paper. Be prepared tp wait a long time for anything to get done here. Parking is sketchy because its a dirt lot with 18 wheelers and trailers parking in the back of the lot and employee parking in the front half. Theres no organization to the parking of the cars making it difficult to back into some spots. Not the worst but definately not the best.

It's not that bad of a dock and if you have a hard time they will spot you friendly people but the staging area is why I only gave a 4 star it can be really tight with cars in the why but that's my only complaint
