This facility and their staff is top notch! Security moves quickly to get the deliveries checked in and assigned a door. Receiving reviews your ppwk and assigns the personnel required to off load the product. The process runs smoothly and in no time you are unloaded with signed ppwk in hand.

Arrived at 0530 for an 0600 appt gone by 0800 very nice people from guard to receiving $135 for 3 pallets lumper fee. Plenty of room to maneuver.

Delivered to this address and night guard broke the seal. They unloaded me and Day Guard gave me my BOLs and did not right seal intact. Found the day guard and he refused to put seal intact although he could of verified with the night guard or security cameras. The Management also refused to put they broke the seal. They were also trying to lie and say he broke the seal last week I delivered which he did not. The Day Guard also had crystalized eyes maybe could be on Drugs. Be Careful these people will lie

There's overnight semi parking on Tri County Dr and the guard will let you in to go to the bathroom. The street is patrolled by the police at night for security, but will not tow you according to the guard.

They will not take you more than an hour early from your appointment.

1/2 hour to unload 1/2 trailer, then 3 1/2 Hours waiting for paperwork, making us miss our next delivery appointment. Had to overnight and deliver the next day. 🤬
