GLS Landscaping - Desert Hot Springs, California

A year ago our HOA had bad landscapers, replaced by GLS. In the past year a bad landscaping job has only gotten worse. Dead grass, weeds, and bushes, leaves and tree pods all over the desert scaping we pay them to maintain, and irregular completion of bi-weekly duties including blowing the deck, which they only started doing once we complained and started taking pictures. After about a month, they stopped again. They planted grass seed then subsequently dug up the grass and seeds to dig new (what I assume were) irrigation trenches, and they walk around blowing leaves and dirt on cars. A bougainvillea bush fell outside our building and stayed down for 2 1/2 (work) days before GLS got around to repairing it. Pretty sure GLS = Get Less Service.

Our HOA community is serviced by GLS. Since they were hired the grass is dead, replaced by weeds, and just dirt. GLS was hired to make things better post drought but our landscaping is actually A LOT worse now! The pavement in parking areas seem to get more water. This company does not care; a proud company wouldn't let our landscaping and their work degrade to this level. A real embarrassment to call home.

This company is the worst. They were hired almost a year ago to handle the landscaping of a large HOA community in north Palm Springs. It looks worse now than when they started. Weeds everywhere. We used to have grass but now it's primarily weeds. Over grown plants and more dead everywhere. They are very expensive also.

Do not hire this company if you want to keep your grounds beautiful.
