Like other reviews this facility is too tight. If you come in early in the morning you might be able to turn your Semi around otherwise you will blind side to dock your truck. Paperwork is very slow after you pay Lumper fee. No over night parking.

Entry is not ideal as it is just after a major intersection and no place to stage while waiting to enter except right driving lane. Parking inside is straightforward. The personnel are very nice. Actual restroom with running water and soap. Not the quickest unload. Just 3 pallets. Lumper fee is high. Like $80 a pallet.

This place isn't as bad as some of the reviews. Yes it's tight. You might need to unhook to let your fellow driver out once you're in a door. Still not the worst I've ever been to. If you really have a problem, stop the yard dog. He'll help you out. Just be patient and you'll be fine. If you pay attention they park pup trailers at the gate leaving enough room to turn around. Then back all the way down to your door so you can sight side back. Security guard at the gate gives you your door. Check in is at door 1. Easy peasy. People are nice. Started unloading within 5 minutes of me hitting the door. Only 4 stars cause it is chaos and there is no parking to stage. Come an hour or less before appointment time.

First time here to deliver and not bad I got into a dock door immediately and they started to unload the trailer. It’s a little tight because they have pallets I front of the docks and dropped trailers too. They go by appointment so be on time, but if you’re late they are helpful one driver was late and they gave him a door but told him it would be a few hours before they could get to him. They have lumpers here to unload and they unload fast but it’s takes a little time waiting on the paperwork. So be patient

Like the other reviews state it's tight and box trucks constantly coming in and parking across make it impossible to get in and out and they act like the world Is ending if you are in the way. My appt was at 5am got to check in window at 430am stood at window waiting for someone to acknowledge me for a hour till 530am. Lumper fee pretty high but it's California so I expect nothing less. If you have a early enough appt you can most likely turn around and driver side back. If it's later in the morning when those box trucks show up you will most likely need to blind side or back in somewhere else to turn around. Goodluck.

Worst experience ever, i came at 7 am and it’s about 12pm . Still not get the paper yet . No have space to turn around even . Be ready with your lumper fee . I paid 510$ fee .

Very nice people in office and very fast unloading. My appointment was 6.00 AM check in 4.30 AM get door and empty by 6.00 AM. Back up to door a little bit harder. Check in office at end of docs near door 1.

Alert with this company Always a short one, call your dispatcher and inform him so that the brocker does not charge your company this is a very bad company and the lumpers rob you, how can I have 4 cases bad if my loan was in good condition
