Same experience as others. Got here 0700 for 0800 appt. Easy check-in but when I got to receiving they wouldn't take paperwork because of #of trucks waiting and sent me back to security. Security called them and apparently got in testosterone match and told me they'd call when ready and told me wouldn't be problem to park on street. 7hrs later trucks behind me started going in so I went back to security and somehow, someone didn't fill out paperwork to call me. Went back to receiving and was told no room for product and they had to "figure it out". 2 hrs later I was sent to shipping, currently in door waiting to be unloaded. Don't care how fast this goes no more stars. Only reason you get 2 is security and shipping side friendly and professional. No overnight parking, have bathroom on both sides.

For those who have never been here (like myself) or haven’t been here in a minute or three there is no longer overnight parking in the cul-de-sac. Local law enforcement will write you a ticket. See photo I’m posting of nearby truck stops and Golden State Foods recommendations for parking. There is also a nearby trailer washout. (See photo)

The process:
• Check in with security
• Weigh In (wait for light)
• DO NOT open doors or break seal or your load will be rejected
• Check in with shipping / receiving (Door 44)
• Bump Dock
• Chock Tires
• Remove Red Airline
• Someone will call you when you are unloaded.
• Weight Out (wait for light)

My experience was great.
Arrived: 0830
Appointment: 0900
Bumper dock: 0845
Paperwork in hand: 1030

Checked in at 0425, backed up to dock at 0436, took paperwork to door 44 at 0603(early morning receiving was late) then they finally unloaded me at 0032. Over 20 hours to unload the trailer.

The guard shack employees are chill and nice overall. The early morning receiving guy with the Raycon buds is in a bad mood attitude, that man did not wanna come into work. The rest of the employees(mainly the black folk) were super chill but that early morning receiver employee at 0600 was a horrid person. 1/5 star I will make sure to deny loads heading to this specific Golden State Foods for now on!

If you can ovoid coming here do because I’ve been here so far more than 8 hours for delivery it’s not even comprehensible. Guy call me Patrick was very rude no manners at all.

Absolutely the worst place ive delivered to time wise BY FAR!!! Checked in at 1135... Backed into door at 1205.... Was told at 3:00 when i went back in that They had no room in Whse! On a Monday!? Still in door on Green light at 715!!! Bathroom is out of order and communication is HORRIBLE! Clock is now out and you cant park on street! STAY AWAY!!! No excuse on a Monday to be this Slow! No end in sight!

No O/N, lots of N/P signs on the street and in the office. Way slow but nice enough and not bad real bathroom. Ck in. Weigh in/weigh out. Ck in door 44. Wait on street for call, dock, chock, red line off. Great wash out at exit 77.

I would encourage drivers to avoid deliveries to this place if at all possible. I almost did a whole 34 hour reset (30 hrs) waiting to get unloaded at this place. I was told they had no space for what they paid. Go figure. It doesnt take 3 hrs to unload a truck. I advise management to hire new people or figure out a new system because the current one is not working. Shame on you guys for having us drivers waste our work clock.

Checked in quick. Went to the office guy said back into door 11. So I backed into door 11 and waited.

2 hours later another trucker had to tell me they won't load me until I closed my trailer doors.

So instead of someone telling me they let me sit there for 2hours wasting gas waiting to be loaded.
