Very bad experience I don’t know why they make appointments . Always same thing if they know they have space and employees to unload 3trucks why make appointments for 5trucks. No space to sit inside outside dirty portable washroom . Drivers waiting outside 5to 7 hrs for unloading with start trucks have to cancel next appointment but they don’t Care

My appointment was at 12:45pm and it is now 9:27pm and I still haven't been pulled into a dock door yet. This is utterly ridiculous!! I won't be coming back here.

Don’t come here for deliver wrost place for delivery they take more then 20 hour for delivery they don’t care appointment time

Sometimes they are quick, but sometimes they will hold you here for ever. I come here almost every Monday, 3-6 pallets. Be careful with your trailer at the dock. They open the doors from inside, but their dock lining will scratch your trailer crazy from outside when they unload.. ask if you can open the doors before backing up.

Red arrow is where you go to check in. Press intercom and they'll unlock the door. Easy in and out park on street and then check in. Drop and hook took only ten minutes total. Excellent place and friendly staff

Fast unloading today 10/30/2020. Check in 30 min before appointment 12:04. Bad part is there is no parking at all on the street but you have to park on the street then check in . Ppl nice at the receiving office

I give it five stars because like any Frozen load we ( any. Company) hauls, there will be time to wait. We have to understand, it's dry load where they can just drop it on the dock and also the need to check it in takes time. When you have multi product codes.. 30 different ones, it's going to take time guys..
This industry is not about jump in the truck turn the key and go!!! Drive for UBER if you want that kind of driving job... If you have an attitude with the ones who are signing your Check... Guess what.....expect to get crapy service and it's no loss if you don't come back... There are plenty of major carriers out there that will do the load... And for less!!!
These guys are better than WalMart... But if the shipper screws the paperwork up... Or the appointment time is not right.. The products are many... It's not the receivers fault... So chill out and manage your time.. Early arrival means your time off duty starts.. But if your one of these drivers who needs more than ten off then your in the wrong business..!!!
