Gourmet Boutique is an absolute nightmare masquerading as a food processing plant. Their exploitation of marginalized communities is despicable, paying slave wages to their most vulnerable employees, particularly people of color. The stench of less than honorable activities permeates every corner of the facility, and it's no surprise they frequently fail audits. Avoid this sketchy establishment at all costs unless you enjoy supporting gross, unethical practices.

Arrived here at 1:45pm. Had a 4pm appointment. Got a door at 3:30pm. It is now 11:10pm and they are still loading my truck. Any driver picking up here. I recommend you cancel the load and find something else.

They do not care about your time and they lie to your face.

One of the worst places I've been too to pick up a load.

I will start by saying Anya and the Gourmet Boutique team were outstanding! I was late getting my plans together for my team event and called Gourmet Boutique hoping they could help. They did more than help. Anya was absolutely amazing to work with and did more than I expected to accommodate my needs. My team sent me messages after our chocolate tasting raving about the experience.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical doing this without having a previous relationship ship with this company. I am happy to report that I could not be more happy with the outcome of our event and the quality of customer service leading up to it. Anya was professional, responsive, courteous and supportive.

To the team at Gourmet Boutique, thank you for making my team event a huge success!!

Ok place speaking in terms of shipping and receiving. Took a while to unload . Very tight area for semi trucks to back into. If you have a 53” foot trailer your in trouble. Your in between cars and shops across from one another so you have to find a way to squeeze in between. Don’t recommend new drivers for this. Also the staff was not friendly i was getting mean mugs instead of friendly faces. Kind of weird if we are all in this together . Probably wont go back. Too much of a hassle.

WATCH OUT!!!! Went today for a pick up and while I was supposed to be loaded they ended up taking some of my chep pallets. Bunch of cheap skates here. Won’t happen again I bet…..

they are very rude, supervisor said come back tomorrow morning, when i get back tomorrow the forklift guys said this load supposed to be yesterday, they were free they just unload one truck before me, but they said wait outside, very disappointed, tight place

Great experience! I called because I was a few hours early and they said they could get me right in...and they did. I was there for a half hour. It was kinda tight getting in.
