Visited Grapewood Farm as a fieldtrip and could not have had a better experience! Fred and his son Dave gave us an incredibly informative and generous tour. They are dedicated to every facet of producing good quality flour - which is amazing by the way! 1st loaf using their whole wheat flour & whole ground spelt was great even though I am far from an experienced baker. Highly recommend!

What a find! As an avid baker, it is wonderful to be able to source my organic flour locally. Grapewood's flours are FRESH, something I now realize when compared with national brands. I have made some pretty tasty cookies, pies, brownies, biscuits, etc. over the years using the red wheat and spelt flours. My go-to brand for pastry baking.
