Wow! These guys sure do have a lot of negative feedback. I'm looking to buy a new 25 hp tractor with attachments & so much negative feedback has me scratching my head.
I bought a lawnmower there about 40 years ago from Clyde & his son, Ron. There was a problem with the brand new Briggs engine. A piece of metal was lodged between the valve & the valve seat. I had to diagnose the problem & prove it to them before they reluctantly made good on the deal.
They did swap out the engine but it took an act of congress.
With all this negative feedback I'd think they'd turn over a new leaf. Maybe all the "nay sayers" are lying? But with that many negatives it's a good chance it's true.
Maybe they suffer from mood swings? One day they're ok,,,the next day their not?
Do I want to gamble on it? I'd rather not. Seems like when I gamble,,,,,,I lose.

Ron and his staff at Green Valley are great. Almost a decade ago, he helped me buy the perfect tractor, backhoe, and loader combination for my needs. I ended up with a machine used for 1 season in the grape harvesting business at a great price. Whenever I have needed help, ordering parts or trying to remember how to hook up attachments, they have always been available and very helpful. I used to have an uncle who would help me with my equipment. He's gone, but I feel that connection when I talk with Ron and his people, especially the parts department. Kubota is great and Green Valley is the place to go!

The owner, Ron, was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help us find a back hoe for our tractor. They had two, but were already reserved for previous customers. Backordered til November. He was willing to trade with regional dealers to help us find what we were looking for! Awesome service, family run, they definitely deserve your business!

My wife and I were excited to come in and talk about, and probably buy, a tractor today, but the gentleman who finally greeted us clearly had better things to do than treat us properly. We walked out of there, without having been shown a tractor, feeling like we'd been drug through mud. It was almost unbelievable how negative the man was, from the moment he walked up. Customer service gets negative stars. But thank you for showing us who you were BEFORE we made a purchase from you, because whatever pain it caused today, it probably saved us from a lot of grief in the future.

They only have farming tractors not construction equipment like mini excavators. Parts department is helpful as well.

Second trip I was treated shamefully to the point of being insulted. A non Kubota shop put them to shame in 15 minutes. I will not be returning my service.
