Stopped here for my first time this afternoon. While I thought the overall prices are high, the quality of the plants are great. The place is huge, and have thousands of healthy plants to buy. The staff are wonderful! I will totally shop here again, and I recommend you do too!

They have a good selection but the prices are insanely high. Customer service really sucks it's rare to get an informed answer to any questions and most of the time they act like it's bothersome. I would recommend Townside instead, they are friendly.

Rudest, most arrogant, uppity employees I've ever encountered. I will never give this place my business. Kindness goes a very long way, folks. And just so you know, people in work clothes often are the ones with the most money. Your judgemental crap can take a hike.

Great farmers market on Saturday. Very diverse selections of both indoor and outdoor plants. Friendly and helpful staff always there when you need them. Not the cheapest plant option out there, but worth it!

I was greeted as I walked in the door which doesn’t happen at many stores. Everyone in the store was super friendly and showed me several options that would work for me. I was looking for a particular plant and they took the time to show me all they had and talked through how to care for the plants! I’m really excited with how the plant looks in our home. Will definitely go back!

Buyer beware!! Purchase over $300 worth of Otto Luyken Laurel’s, $49.99 a plant. I noticed holes on the leaves as I was purchasing them. The owner, Jennifer told me it was from their drip irrigation and I wouldn’t see the holes on the new growth. Here we are, 6 months later and the new growth has holes and everyone’s telling me it’s some sort of bug eating them. Return policy won’t help as you get 50% store credit. Oh, and one of the two azaleas we purchased, died and I had to swap for a new one. And we did everything that we were instructed to do. I will never shop at Greenbrier Nursery.

love this store!! they have the most beautiful & healthy plants!! the lovely ladies that work here have always make sure i know how to properly care for anything i purchase! they’re so helpful, i haven’t had a plant purchased from here die on me! (yet) :,)
