I have donated at Grifols in Port Huron 111 times at this time of writing. I've been going fairly consistently twice a week, and I've had a great experience every time. Of course I'm donating for the extra money, but donating is also a great experience because of how friendly the staff are. I've had wonderful interactions with them all, and I look forward to visiting every time!

Hands down best place ever tavia Henry Jake dayna and a few others that don't want mentioned are some of the most caring people ever they make you feel welcome and like family I am deathly afraid of needles I tense up and Mumble JFC they pay no never mind to that and always make sure that I am okay I would never go to the North End because they stink at sticking people I've been here since 17 thanks team for all the good laughs and getting me thru the process as best as possible special thanks to Sal for being my number one sticker she never misses..... I love dayna but sadly she's going back home to sag you will be missed by everyone thanks for not blowing my hole out

I love this center. Donating here is one of the things I look forward to, the staff are all great and easy to talk to. Sticks go easy here, and the compensation is better than nothing. Come save a life and earn some money today, and maybe make some new friends while you’re here.

This location is good! You feel safe, especially if you have tricky veins staff are always nice welcoming, they seem experienced which made my visit comfortable and pleasant. I appreciate how caring they were thru the process I was nervous . The $$ is not as good as it was but it still helps out.Only if you're new or refer somone but give out bonus once in a while 👍 👍

First.. this place is the most generous with payments. None of the other places are as good nor are there payments as high as Grifols. Best of all, there's no deduction for people that way less.. WEIGHT IS NOT FACTORED IN YOUR PAY OUT.. Plus they're always having promos so usually once a month theres an opportunity to receive an extra $20 or more. I personally can not donate plasma anymore due to reactions caused by the coagulant, but I did try to donate more than 10 times, including at Grifols and other places. Nevermind the other places, this is the only place I was actually able to successful complete donations from start to finish, without problems. The other places I never made it thru 1 donation and tried 2 times at each place. The Grifols staff are great people, professonal and personable. My significant other goes here twice a week still. I just sit in the car. She's usually in a out of there within 40 mins including check in if it's not busy. Money is on the card by the time we leave the parking lot. Every time. Don't go anywhere else. Go here. And yes, the Port Huron location is the only place we've gone.

First of all they are always short staffed and the employees are overwhelmed and complaining. Second they are using the bait and switch by calling customers and telling them that since they haven't been in over a month that you qualify for a $50 bonus on your first visit of the week. So I went in told the staff that I was called to come in for the bonus and they told me to just mention it after I donate. After I donate I am told that they can't find my bonus give them 24 hrs and I should have it, well now it's the next day and they tell me that I don't get the bonus even after telling them the name of the girl who called me to come in. I have referred over 5 people to come there, and now I will refer people not to go there. If you can't honor your word to your customers are you really helping people with our plasma? Or are you selling our plasma to other countries for experiments in China.
