Google please introduce negative stars instead of 1 star.

This is a very large cold storage warehouse, but unfortunately, it lacks basic time management and organization. I had hoped for a better experience, but after overhearing other drivers near the check-in booth, it became clear that delays are routine here. It takes forever to get loaded, and the communication is almost non-existent.

I also wondered how this place managed to get so many 5-star reviews, so I checked the dates. To my surprise, none of the 5-star reviews were posted in the past year. It seems the service has been slipping for some time, but management doesn’t appear to be doing anything to address the ongoing issues.

I checked in around 1:15 PM and was simply told, “We will call you once your product is ready.” Hours later, I was informed that my product wasn’t even here yet and was still on its way from Lamont, CA. After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally got a dock at 11:27 PM.

I didn’t get out of there until 12:20 AM the next day, meaning I spent nearly 12 hours just waiting around with no updates or urgency to get things moving.

The lack of efficiency and poor management here is disappointing. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

When waiting for produce there’s always a risk for a bit of a wait but the people here were super nice. The guy riding around in the cart helping drivers get checked in and getting people to their doors was really hustling and so darned nice. Please keep him around!

Fast loading but they asked me too remove the load lock from the but I can’t do that because they are tied up with a wire after finish loading noticed that both of the load locks were damaged it’s seems like the loader has did it intentionally . It’s hard for me too move the load locks .

Selling products they can't produce, will make you wait as long as they want then take more than 2 hours to load 9 pallets for some reason. Just stupid waste of time.

Prepare to wait.
Bring lunch, dinner and breakfast.
You get a door fairly quick most of the time. It's first come first serve.
The problem is that they take FOREVER to load.
Today it was 10 hours.
Last week it was almost 7.
Everytime is like that.
It never changes.
They never said anything about parking after being loaded.
So the best thing to do is to just take your 10 hours here.
Parking lot is big, but very dusty. When it rains there will be big water poodles.
Easy to back in the doors. It's a bit hard to see the door numbers though.
The office, restrooms, and entrance to the cooler are all the way to the left side of the building. So it's a bit of a walk from the parking lot, which is to the right of the building. And it's a walk too if you get one of the last doors (there are 20 doors).
It even takes time to get your paperwork. Today it took 20-25 minutes after I was loaded. At least the chairs in the hall are comfy. 🙂
Restrooms are always clean.
So, just plan ahead. Bring some food, and get ready to relax. 🙂
