BE PREPARED TO WAIT!!! Bring toiletries,
food and water.. arrived at 1:00pm, for 2p appointment...bumped dock at 8.p.m decent loading time..no bathrooms portable outhouses available and are disgusting, NOT a pet friendly place all the fur babies have to wait to go potty..the nicest and best thing..was leaving!!!

On 9/18/17 they decided to change their computer system I got there at 5:15 p.m. on the 18th on the 19th on 7 a.m. I still have not been loaded the girls answers up front at the desk is I don't know it's a new computer system what do you want me to do about it I was there 14 hours and never got loaded I already know the girls in the front have bad attitude anytime you ask a question they're rude I really hate this place if I had the choice of buying a grimmway product and something else I buy the other product not grimmway because I don't like the way that I'm treated when I go there
