I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. My husband and I hired this company to maintain our property because they promised great work and excellent communication. Although we knew they were 3-4 times more expensive than your traditional landscapers we never expected to be cheated out of thousands of dollars as well. They charged us for services they did incorrectly, and other times never did at all. We were hardly ever able to communicate with the person who signed us on to address concerns because he was always "in a meeting." Instead he would send others to maintain our yard who did not speak English and would direct us back him. We went in circles for months. Most of our grass completely died on their watch and they tried to charge us thousands of dollars to repair it even though they killed our grass and other vegetation. Then when we demanded answers they said they don't work on "our type of property" and terminated the service even though they did a complete walk thru and inspection (which they charged us for) before we signed on.

My wife and I hired this company to maintain our property because they promised great work and excellent communication. Although we knew they were 3-4 times more expensive than your traditional landscapers we agreed based on all of their promises.

Never did we expect to be cheated out of thousands of dollars. They charged us for services they did incorrectly, and other times never did at all. They continuously created problems we did not previously have and tried to charge us to correct them. Almost all of our grass died during our time with them. We have endless texts demanding answers that always went unheard. We threatened to hire an attorney after thousands of dollars in damages and they disappeared.

They service HOAs where properties get billed and the work just gets paid by a staff member who could careless what these people are doing. Don't be fooled by their fancy website and fake promises. This is also why they barely have any reviews. We learned our lesson the hard way.
