Own a facility and we have our flower room filled with growers choice e720 one half of the light bar stays on on one unit no matter what you do it won’t go off. I contacted customer service and what a nightmare they stated on the phone it was no problem they would get it taken care of I should get a email shortly. Got the email and they stated there is nothing they can do for me I wasn’t asking for warranty to even cover it wanted the light repaired as it’s brand new and could pay out of pocket. they told me no and to basically buy a brand new light avoid this company they do not back up there products and there are way more accounts of this same thing happening if you do a little research. we’ll be ripping all there lights out of our room after this grow and going with flora flex or gavita company’s that actually stand behind there products never again growers choice anything

Purchased the roi720e along with the Master Controller on March 31 2021, and today September 6 2024 the Master Controller finally kicked the bucket, not to mention Grower's Choice had to mail me not one set, but two replacement sets of temp/humidity sensors due to constant failure. To all you growers out there considering this brand, just don't. Their customer service is garbage, and their chinese lights are just as bad. Go with Gavita or Photontek, I would even take an AC Infinity or Vivosun over this junk.

I purchased Growers choice ROI-E 200 and the master controller for my micro green business and I couldn’t be more happier with a product like I am with this combo. Besides the products being user friendly and build to last if you need any information or guidance from the manufacturer you will get the best customer service treatment ever. I was helped by Gillian Holtz with a RMA situation and they process was just outstanding.

When we were shopping for lights, Growers Choice was recommended by one of the Grow Generation reps. Our team compared spectrum, efficiency, total light output, warranty and price. We found the spectrum, efficiency and total light output as good if not better than some of the more popular name brands, and the price was easily 20-40% less than those same brands. After about 6 months of use, we stated to experience a issue with the communication between fixtures. We spoke to Growers Choice about the issue, they understood the criticality of the problem, (we could limp along, but it did require manual intervention to keep running). With in a week of discussing the issue with Grower's Choice, they had replacement fixtures on a truck to us for warranty replacement. 35 years as a quality engineer, I can't remember when I have experienced customer service this good, or a company that truly stands behind their products like Grower's Choice.
