I was looking for a quiet place to stay while I sorted life out after moving from the west coast. And I found that here. Privately owned and the owners were absolutely wonderful, I can’t say enough good things. Amenities were great, even built a storm shelter on the property because they care about their guests. I moved on to greener pastures but highly recommend this park. And to true owners, thank you for the delightful time I had being your neighbor.

I needed a nice RV site to set up my 43ft 5th wheel for a month to work at Browns Ferry Nuclear plant here in Athens. The owners and faculties are perfect and it’s quiet. I’ll be back here every time I work here.

I love this place! The farm provides a beautiful country setting close to both Lucy’s Branch Marina and public boat launches on the Elk River. People are friendly, but you can also keep to yourself if you want. There are places to walk around and it is pet friendly.

I love this place! It’s a new little farm with several RV spots close to the river. The owners are great and obviously care about making sure it’s a nice place to stay. And you can buy eggs straight from the chicken coop without leaving the farm! What’s better than that? ? So glad we found it.

Great for long term stays. Beautiful place, great water pressure, and has some of the cheapest rates around. Pet friendly too, nice and quiet. The eggs are nice and rich as well. Definitely enjoying my stay.
