Just like everyone else in these reviews, I got a fraud alert on my already closed debit card for over $300 (my bank is so confused how a closed card can even be used?). I don't know any inmates and I'm definitely not using this service. This place should be closed down and I hope karma gets them.

Service sucks ! A 20-30 min call $3 & $4 if u upload money by phone while your love one on call they take $7.67 and don't reimburse you for another following call. One call is $7.67 while your love one is on the call and you managed to come through before being disconnected and if the call breaks up u won't be refunded at all. A lady told me part of the $7 was on hold and they just either was taking $3 or $4 the rest would be refunded that wasn't true. They took the whole thing. I don't mind spending money. Scams I don't appreciate. How u going to take money for a call I didn't receive. Our love one's suffer and so do we in a sense. My God is bigger than y'all schemes.

I’m seeing so many people falling victim to fraud in these reviews. My bank account notified me of 2 $55 charges and 1 $24. I’m blessed beyond belief that I can afford to be without almost $150 in my account while my bank investigates but I know there are many people in this country who can’t right now. It saddens me how people can be that greedy to hack someone’s card information. This company needs to make some changes because this is unacceptable.

I’ve never done business with this people, as far as I know this is a service for calling inmates. I’ve never even done that, yet I was charged 45$ out of my debit card, I haven’t even used that card in over a year, I don’t know how they got access to that information.

Connect network is not good. I'm trying to send my son money so he can order its telling me check my internet. So I asked my sister to do it it's saying the same thing and we don't even live close. This is not right so now he has to wait a whole week. We know y'all don't care but we do. So how do y'all accommodate them when y'all have an issue. I been on hold for over 20 min and still on hold while I'm putting this review up. So sad.

There was a charge to my brand new/open checking account for $50.00 when I wasn't in the country.

I don't know who is hacking or getting the information from. It maybe an internal at the bank or hackers that are so good on the security lines.

I haven't pay anything with that ATM, it was under key. Sadly my bank is holding that money until the investigation is completed.

this company needs to be audit after reading so many bad reviews.

Never purchased a phone. Don't know anyone in jail and they charged my debit card $21. I'm going to fight this !!!

Terrible. Deb Alderson should be ashamed of the company she heads. $294 million dollars in revenue annually and still can't get a clear line when a call actually connects. The support is a web of different companies and divisions that transfer you in a loop with no real results. I can only think they're trying to get you to hang up after being on hold for hours. I don't have anything good to say about Via Path technologies or any of its companies, GTL included. Of all the things the government has its beaters in, this needs attention, but they are making a bundle off the inmates and families as well, so they'll let Via Path take money and provide nothing but a coronary event. If you want to keep families connected, you fail miserably.
