Arrived the night before and slept on the street. There is a death end street checked in at 7 am. They told me that my appointment is for 11 am. They’re not gonna take me but I went back and checked in at 9 am with another person-David (the receiver )and he gave me a door right away 30 minutes empty,thank you to Reggie( unloader) as well Great job

I come here to deliver maybe a few times a month and they’re always fast at unloading. Not overwhelmed with traffic, organized and clean place

Still doing road paving where you turn in, GPS don't recognize cross dr yet, use 7345 old Tuscaloosa hwy will get you there.
Had a 10am appointment, got there at 8:30am put right in a dock .plenty of room

Delivered here twice so far. Simple check in process, unloading doesn’t take long. Maybe 45 minutes in the door. To find the building, take the round about and go straight through “Cross Drive”

If you don’t have to come please don’t. (TERRIBLE)
I’ve been in door for going on 6 hours now just felt dock plate drop in trailer.
A lot of people standing around in warehouse, smoking cigarettes outside near Bay Area.
No work being done and no F’s Given for the driver.
If this is the only load available to run again, I’ll sit home first. It’s that bad.

Great place to deliver in and out quick. They are by appointment, but they'll work you in if they can. Staff was nice and respect drivers time. Oh I almost forgot to mention that the traffic pattern has changed.The the entrance to the road is off of the roundabout

Follow old Tuscaloosa Hwy to round about and get off on second turn. Brings you around to gate entrance on the right.
10/03/24 Got here at 8:47 for 9:00 appt. Gave me a door right away. Backed in door 8:53. The unloader Reggie was done unloading my load by 9:18. Fastest I have ever been loaded. Nice friendly staff. 5 stars for me.
