OMG! This place was awesome! especially their Senior menu!..Kids eat FREE Monday & Tuesday
Their early bird special on Wed .Thur.. Fri is our next stop!

Visiting from Maui services here is outstanding. The 1st time came for dinner. Our 2nd time here, we decided to have lunch. Can't complain about the prices. They're reseonable. We had the Pokechos, Gyotaku Lunchbox, Teri Steak, and finished the meal with their Deluxe Green Tea shaveice topped with azuki beans and vanilla ice cream.

Gyotaku has been a family favorite for years!We’ve celebrated baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, and more at this restaurant. Gyotaku offers plenty of options, but I especially enjoy the 4-choice combination bento. And don't forget to treat yourself to shave ice for dessert. Highly recommended!

The food is so amazing! I love the crispy chicken Katsu. It’s so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside it absolutely melts in my mouth I could eat this all day! The service is incredible! Got seated down fast. Alan our server greeted us so nicely and gave our food out so quickly and gave us any other things we requested to our need so well. Thank you! The environment is so clean and relaxing to nicely dine in with family and friends. I highly recommend this place and I will always be happy to come back here again! 😊

There's a reason restaurants like this one has been around for decades. Great service, good food and affordable specials for Seniors. The staff cares about their customers. It would not be surprising that someone's Obasaan trained all the staff to cook her recipies. It's old school Japanese. Their food reminds me of Edo's. The tempura batter is cooked perfectly. Light batter and crispy. Not that frozen tube shrimp rolled in panko. They offer affordable take outs and also a Happy Hour.

Nice restaurant for family meals. They really downsized their menu, they no longer have any noodle dishes. They should definitely bring them back. Good food; sushi and combination meals. They require masks at all times unless you're actively eating or drinking. They take temperature checks upon seating and require you to wait outside until you're called for your table. I love their green tea ice cream, a must to finish off my meal. They also no longer give origami for children. All staff members are wearing masks. Bathrooms are only one person at a time but people don't read and still come in when someone's inside.....

Definitely don’t visit this place enough. Over our last few visits (maybe 4-5 in the last 6-9 months), I hadn’t stopped to notice that the service we’ve been receiving has been tremendously great! The servers and whole of the support staff have been very very gracious, friendly, and efficient. Add on to this their awesome value for the dollar. Japanese cuisine, in general, isn’t known to be on the inexpensive, or budget end. Gyotaku offers excellent specials (I’m not yet a senior, but you can bet your bottom dollar that I’ll be increasing the frequency of my visits especially when that happens)...their senior and keiki specials are unbeatable.

Service, Food Quality, and Price Reasonability all contribute to their being a top choice to visit any time!
