I just checked out H Mart in Pearl City, and I’m impressed! It’s big, super clean, and has plenty of parking. Easily one of the best places for Asian groceries—tons of fresh seafood and an incredible selection of kimchi. The cucumber kimchi was delicious, but the cabbage one was too salty for me. But with so many options, I’ll just pick another one next time. I’m definitely coming back to try the food court and see how the hot meals stack up.

Update: Found shoyu & wasabi packets underneath the lining under the sashimi! No change to 3* rating due to quality of food items.

Was waiting to meet someone outside the store & decided to go in & browse. Pro: Store is clean & well organized. Ended up purchasing sashimi ($13.50) & generic seasoned seaweed ($1.99) for dinner. Went home to eat; both items were unsatisfactory. Cons: Sashimi looked good but was "stringy" (which caused me to gag) & did not include soy sauce & wasabi packets; seaweed had no taste at all!

I took my Mom to H Mart. It's her first time. Picked up some sashimi, squid, uni, fried mackerel, and corn. Mom has to stay away from a lot of stuff for health reasons. She hasn't really felt like eating much, so I'm always trying to find things that she will eat and enjoy. She tried the uni, and she loved it so much. She said it's like butter of the sea, sounds about right. I loved the sashimi.

Did a quick run into H Mart to grab a couple of things- I was short on time so I wasn’t able to buy all the things I wanted but the next time I come with my husband I will make sure to take pics of all the perishable and refrigerated foods. I like H Mart because it’s easy to navigate and there is a vast variety of frozen foods as well as good produce. Prices are a broad range. Most food stuffs are reasonably priced and the variety of products is pretty good. The rice bowls and some ceramic wear to me was quite pricey ($7.99 for a rice bowl 😓) but most of their offerings were priced fair and I enjoyed finding things I cant find in my neighborhood grocery store. Especially frozen goods plus drink and snacks. I grabbed some melon cream crackers, ramune and Pretz for snacks. 😍 Clean interior and cashier transaction was quick and smooth. All in all an enjoyable shopping experience. Looking for to spending more time leisurely in my next trip 🤗

It’s clean and big, but prices are higher than other grocery stores. It is, however, better than the one in Waikiki area. This one has more room, more items and easier to park. Though if you want Korean bbq meat, then you need to come here. Selling a small bunch of green onions for $4.99 was hard to “swallow”.

Best Asian market! Great selection of products! Produce is fresh and prices are good . The store is very clean and customer service is excellent.

This place is giant! They have an amazing amount of selections and inventory. Lots of employees too.
Located in the back behind the bowling alley by Don Quiote. Parking is tough back there and the garage is stuffed.
Nice grand opening crowd.
