This is a go to place for food, but at sometimes you get old, stale food which happened to me probably 3 times in last few years. Latest in Sep-24, Chicken bhiriyani stale and slimy, chicken 65 - made with leftover cooked meat from prior days, chicken boti - not sure how many days old it was. Somehow managed to eat boti and 65, but had to trash all bhiriyani - around 6 boxes. I am not sure why they to do this when they used to have good reputation with meat and cooked food. To the owner and management, please don't do this as most people buy it for their family (+kids) and friends, same like how you feed your family. Also, you don't want to invite county food inspectors and put a stop to all your work for decades.

Fully heartedly support local shops like this - otherwise, where else we are supposed to find normally priced meat and items other than overpriced places like whole foods?
Not sure why people rate this store so low but we got what we want here - fresh goat meat. Just lovely! Fresh, juicy, and tender. We did a goat meat soup with it.

Busy store mainly because of their halal meat counter. Variety of meats and cuts you don’t find in other stores. Grocery aisle is limited. Cleanliness of store could be improved.

Food is very good. I got chicken Tikka Masala, side of rice and 4 chicken samosas. However customer service is slow. Will definitely come back if I have time.

Message to owner: the meat section needs to be separate from the cashier, to make the food handling more sanitary, and reduce the wait time. I would shop here more often if you make this change.

Otherwise, good selection of meats, and south Asian foods

i purchased lamb and beef ground. they were terrible meats. Them tastes were so bad.

This has got to be the cleanest meat market I have ever been to in my life, and Im 50. Found this place about 2 months ago while looking for goat meat. The meat was fresh. The customer service gets 10 out of 5 stars from me. I am a customer for life and will not buy goat anywhere else. My family inhaled the finished product. Curry goat.

The staff looks super busy even though there is only one customer ahead of me, wait more than 5 minutes, maybe it is not so long but comparing with other halal markets regarding shopping experience it's worth one point. BTW it's still not my turn when I left. Those who don't understand why its rating is not high maybe this is one of the reasons.
