Worst experience I've received. I had ordered supplies, for my rental properties, on March 20th original estimated date on the checkout screen was in 3 days, so I placed the order. I log in the next day and the delivery date is now March 30th which is still OK with everything going on. This goes on for a few weeks until I login and I see my supplies have been cancelled on April 4th. I end up connecting the online help and they say the order has been canceled but a new order placed at a DC which has stock and will arrive on the 8th. So no worries right; WRONG.

The 8th comes and goes, the site says the 13th then the 18th, and then the 20th. So lo and behold April 20th comes and goes no delivery and I check my order status and now it's COMPLETELY CANCELED. No email, no notification, no invoice update that the remaining items on the order were canceled.

Now I understand and my tenants understand to expect delays due to the current covid situation. What's not acceptable is that my order was cancelled and I was not made aware. If they couldn't fulfill the requests then they shouldn't advertise their delivery.

Honestly I could have ordered from Grainger, HD, Lowes, or even WAL-Mart by now. Big disapointmet.
