I ordered over $10,000 worth of windows. And was promised delivery but they didn’t show up even though I confirmed the day before. The delivery dept was exceptionally hard to deal with. They wouldn’t answer their phones or return messages. I had to get the manager to have them call me. Everyone is otherwise friendly. I had to pay the workers who were waiting around so I am definitely not happy with the service. How can a company stay in business like that.

Full service lumber and all types of building supplies. They have a lot of general hardware too- nuts and bolts, etc. There is a big selection of pro grade builder's tools. Healdsburg lumber serves their professional contractor customers very well and it's also a great place for DIY homeowners like me. They're very helpful and friendly. Everything about this store and the shopping experience is a big cut above the giant home center down the road. Plus, you get all this high quality at competitive prices.

I called and asked for a very specific product. Because they told me they had it I drove 20 minutes only to find out that they had something completely different.

Unfortunately after writing this review I received several emails from the management In which he criticized me as a reviewer and Google reviews in general.

I will certainly never shop at this store again and encourage you to do the same. There are plenty of other hardware stores with honest and professional staff and management.

This is where you go when you want the best lumber. This is where the contractors go to get their material. The counter help is very helpful to rookies like me when I'm doing projects. I buy the 1" single sided redwood to make trim - and they have the best in pressure treated lumber used for landscaping. They also have high end power tools: Bosch and Makita.
