Best Bacon, pork chop and spare ribs I have tasted! The bacon has a lot more meat after cooking less fat. Which is totally different from supermarket brands. Also try the maple syrup and maple rubs. Really big difference from buying from supermarket vs buying pasture raised pork. I am never going back to supermarket for pork items. So glad you ship to NYC for free.

Shipping speed was great. My order was placed on 2/13 and by 2/16 my order was unpacked and in my fridge. The meat was frozen upon arrival. The Canadian bacon reminded me of Christmas morning, flavorful and perfectly sliced. The ground beef was amazing. I used it for tacos and the flavor of the beef was so clean; made me question all the other times I’ve had ground beef from the supermarket! I highly recommend ordering from HeirloomPork shop.

I was very impressed not only with the quality and the great flavor of the chorizo, kielbasa, and breakfast sausage but also with the packaging of all the products ordered. The bacon was crispy, and most importantly not too salty. The perishables arrived frozen/cold and separated for the non-perishable items. It showed it was packaged with great care. It arrived very quickly after placing the order.
