Sales clerk helpful but not knowledgeable. Amazon has identical product for $19, theirs is $32.99, sales clerk informed me it was full strength and would need to be diluted, not the case.

First impressions mean a lot and this shop left a lasting impression. Although I do not live in Athens, while I was in town on errands, I stopped in last week to grab black cherry extract for a friends gout. I will now make it a point to go out of my way to patron this shop. The owner along with staff members and the shops huge selection made the efforts worthwhile. Service means more to me than product. The folks here are most eager to assist and the owner has over three decades of experience. Their recommendations are spot on with what I have researched and gave me the confidence in the knowledge and service that they provide. Your first impression on me, needless to say, was "Impressive" Thank You Herbs and More

The staff was very unfriendly on the phone and almost rude in person. We asked questions and I knew more about where the products were located in the store than the other lady working there. We sashed if they can order some of the other medicines. The lady st the register said when she gets around to making another order. She did not ask for our name or number for an order. What makes it worse is that we were in line to buy two things!! The two lady’s working were not helpful at all. I definitely will not be back!!!!!

I've used Herbs and More for at least 15 years and still go for foot detox, herbs and vitamins. Also advice. Roy and Gwen are very knowledgeable in everything....no kidding. I love the staff and feel accepted and comfortable. I believe they investigate the products thoroughly before adding them to their inventory.

Friendly staff with extensive health supply knowledge. Store is clean and well stocked. Atmosphere is welcoming... they offer WiFi and have a health reading area and massages!

Most cold, heartless, stuck up, snobby staff ive ever come across in my entire life. I was having a terrible day and to add to it I ran outta gas and broke down in their parking lot. I made it into a spot to safely be outta people's way and try to call around to friends and family for help. As i sit there with my boyfriend crying and breaking down hoping that someone would answer back and come to our rescue, 2 ladys approach us and ask us what we were doing. My boyfriend tries to explain we ran outta gas and broke down and we were just trying to call for help they point at a sign that says "Herbs and More parking ONLY violators will be towed at own expense." And tell us "we would hate to have you towed so you better leave before we call the tow truck." I instantly broke down and started balling and my boyfriend was shocked and angry at the complete lack of humanity. We managed to get our car to start up one more time to make it across the street so we didnt get towed or the law called on us for simply breaking down. These Herbs and More employees have no humamity, no heart and no compassion! If thats the kind of employees this business has then their owners should be ashamed of themselves! To see people crying and in trouble like that and be so cold and careless is terrible. Herbs and More you will NEVER have me or my families respect or business!!!
