High Springs Brewing Company is hands-down one of our favorite spots. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, family-friendly, and full of life. We love that it’s also pet-friendly — our whole crew (two-legged and four-legged) always feels right at home.

Out of their long list of incredible brews, Springs Lite is our go-to. And when we’re feeling fancy? You better believe we’re asking for a Springs Lite with Grapefruit — it’s light, crisp, and just the right twist.

The owners and staff are top-level — always friendly, always helpful, and always making you feel like part of the community. With rotating food trucks, live music, and events happening all the time, there’s never a bad time to swing by. Whether we’re there for a quick pint or staying late for live music, it’s a place that keeps us coming back.

Cheers to local, laid-back, and wicked good beer — we’re proud to call High Springs Brewing our go-to hangout.

Solid (outdoor space only) brewery a block off of the main drag in quaint High Springs, FLA. A bit of a trek if you are brewery hopping G'ville, but if you expanded your hop to Daft Cow in Alachua, you are halfway there! HSBC is definitely worth a stop!

This brewery is a pleasant place to visit in town. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, making it a good spot to spend some time.

They have a good variety of beers, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A solid choice if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy a drink.

Our experience was great. It is a great environment for families, couples and people that just want to have a good chill time. Great local beer options and i would say even better Cider options. Awesome place overall. You can order next door from Prohibition Pizza next door and make it even better. What a tandem, love it.

Fun outdoor spot and even on a rainy evening (worse than that, it was a *monsoon* at times) it was nice inside with fans blowing and beer flowing.

I found a nice seat with a power outlet and set up my laptop then waited in the queue for my first beer. Once that first sip was settled, I covered it and headed across the street to order a pizza.

Two beers were consumed this evening along with a fantastic pizza. The "Sandy Britches" Kolsch was followed by the Springs Light ("American light beer"). And with a full tummy, it was time to head onwards.

I enjoyed my time in High Springs and look forward to returning!

We visited the High Springs Brewing Company in early April 2025. We did a flight and of the four+ beers that we chose I can honestly say that there wasn't a bad pour in the lot! We go to quite a few breweries, approx. 300 and counting, (don't judge..lol) and this is the first time that I can say that every beer that we tasted was very good. So kudoes to the owner/brewer. I also have to give praise to the person behind the bar, I believe that she mentioned that she was the brewer's daughter. She was very nice and a great conversationalist, well versed in the beer selections and was very patient with us when it came to selecting our beer choices based on our taste preferences. She even gave us a quick tour of their brewing process which was very clean and well organized. If there is one negative, which is very small, it would be the apparel selection. If the selection was better we would have picked up a couple shirts. When we are back in Florida, we will definitely visit HSBC again to try any new beer on tap! Thanks again for the great experience.

Slushes, a food truck, yard games like corn hole, and a delicious pizza shop just across the street... in a town just 10 minutes from icy cold springs year round and 30 minutes to the University of Florida and all that Gainesville has to offer.

All of these aspects make this brewery in High Springs a pretty cool spot that was a pleasure to visit.

I really like this place. I love the openness with the new yard is great. Easy going family friendly with a nice variety of good music and food vendors.
