The food is excellent and no mistakes! This is really a take out operation. There are two tables available to sit and eat but no wait service. The restaurant is always busy which goes to prove the quality of the food. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great family own local Chinese Food.They are prompt on the phone and orders are cooked to order. Love their extensive menu. The food is delicious flavorful and hot not warm unless I forgot I ordered or arrived later than told. That's why I have an alarm on my phone lol. Thank you ❤️❤️

So what happened I used to go to this place thru the 90’s and early 2000’s then 2010 they changed owners? I can’t get an answer from them but before the new owners the general Tso’s was the best I ever had it was long strips of chicken in a Tso’s steamed sauce on broccoli now it’s out of a jar

Ho Ming is my Dad favorite spot. Whenever I come home to visit I make a Ming run. It’s a guilty pleasure because of all of his meds. Lmao. That’s is life now. I have been eating here for years!!!!

I am a NYer living in Seattle and longing for Ho Ming’s Chinese food. Chinese food here is just not good in comparison to the East Coast. It is greasy, bland, and crazy expensive. I have yet to find a place where you can get a pint of this and a quart of that, so typical of the East Coast. So every time I come home to Long Island I constantly eat here at Ho Ming and inevitably bring some food back to Seattle. The food here is excellent fresh and so tasty. Their shrimp eggrolls are especially outstanding! I’ve never had a bad dish. With the pandemic I’ve had their shrimp eggrolls shipped out here. Pearl and her family could not be nicer! A new batch just arrived on Wednesday, September 22! I baked them in the oven and they are sooo delicious- light, crisp, and not greasy! Thank you, Pearl, Jimmy, and family! You made this Long Island girl very happy!!

General tso chicken is soggy and very small pieces of chicken parts. Disgusting!!!! The small pieces make each bite Unfulfilling and theyre soggy like a sponge :/ eastern pavilion Stont Brook is my go to spot. Won’t be back
