Took this tour recently. About a 3 hr walk from the area near the PATH Station through the heart of the old Italian neighborhood in Hoboken and back to near the Station. Stops (with tastings) included Carlo’s (ā€œCake Bossā€) Bakery, Dom’s Bakery, Fiore’s Mozzarella, Empire Coffee & Tea, Lepore’s Chocolates, and Grimaldi’s Pizza. Highlight of the trip definitely visiting Lisa’s Italian Deli and meeting and talking with Tony, who gave us a short demo on making their fresh mozzarella (not to mention their delicious sandwiches). Very enjoyable experience!
