HoHoKus Yoga is a very approachable and warm studio environment. I like that you feel challenged and supported at the same time during classes. I have taken numerous classes at Ho-Ho-Kus Yoga during the past month and every one of them has been fantastic. The teachers are wonderful and explain how the poses are done if you are new to the yoga experience. I always come out of my classes feeling completely relaxed and refreshed and looking forward to my next class.

I absolutely LOVE this place. They offer classes for all levels and the instructors are top notch. My personal favorite is the Candlelight Yoga. It provides the perfect balance of stretching, workout, and relaxation. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this studio and I am so happy I found it!

My family would absolutely recommend Ho-Ho-Kus yoga to people of all ages and abilities! My four year old has been taking a class once a week with Nicole and loves it! She comes home and teaches her little brother all her new poses. My husband tried yoga for the first time at the studio and was very nervous but after the class he was raving about the teacher and studio! Try it out and see for yourself!

I am new to Hohokus yoga. The staff have all been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The studio is clean and welcoming. Each of the classes I’ve taken so far have been great. I would highly recommend this yoga studio to all levels of yogis.
