Great place to sell your pecan.

I drove by there on Monday and never saw a sign. Even with the GPS on Wednesday, I never saw a sign. I drive past the building, turned around, and had to call them to get guided in.

I saw the building but have never seen any of the three signs on the property. None of the 3 signs are clear, distinctive, or easily noticeable or readable. The 2 signs with the fancy scroll work are not readable when driving in a vehicle. Even walking and looking at them you have to take time to figure out what all the fancy scrool work is all about.
The sign near the road is not lighted and does not jump out at you. I frequently pass that building and have never noticed any of the 3 signs.

The best sign for that building is bold black letters on a white background. No fancy scroll work, no yellow or green colors because those are colors that fade into the background, and hang it at the front of the building where it jumps out at you, is right in your face, and can never be missed because it is very noticeable.
