Like Stepping Into a Tropical Fairytale
The moment I stepped in, I felt like I was transported straight into a movie scene—a lush, tropical getaway bursting with color and life. Every corner of the garden was like flipping through the pages of a picture book filled with unreal beauty. The landscapes were so magical that it felt almost too perfect to be real. An unforgettable escape into nature’s masterpiece!

Recommend coming here first when visiting the gardens to speak with the staff about recommendations on what to see based on the time you have available. Free maps and exhibits are also helpful. Plenty of parking with an overflow lot and restroom facilities are also available.

Like being in the middle of the most incredible jungle hiking with your family with seven to eight different jungle options for you to explore. This place is truly incredible and the trails are so very well maintained and it provides such an excellent understanding of just how dense junkles are and how it is possible to be in them and be totally lost and not be able to see sunlight. Think green and then think green every single place you look. This is like being trapped in emerald City and absolutely loving every moment of it

We came here on a Sunday and arrived at the gate around 9.30 am, and could pass easily. The first parking spot at the Education Center has a nice, mostly paved walkway to the lake. You can take a stroller/wheelchair there, but you have a bit of elevation you'll need to pass. There are other, wilder trails as well, for some you'll have to climb over/duck under trees and plants, e.g. the Stream Trail. I really enjoyed it.

The staff are very friendly. At the entrance gate, they direct you to go to the training center for further guidance. The path from the Training Center to the lakeside is gentle and features a variety of plants and trees, making it a pleasant experience. There are many parking lots along the way, allowing you to walk along the trail and enjoy various experiences.

10 minute walk to the lake was beautiful. It's down hill all the way to the lake, it's 20 minutes back up for us with with disabilities. The trail is slippery and wet so wear your hiking shoes.

This is such a beautiful place and well worth the trip. Just driving through is breathtaking but walking through the trails and visiting the lake is a great way to spend an afternoon. There are tons of picnic tables so it would be nice to bring lunch and relax there surrounded by beautiful plants and bird sounds! There was a new gorgeous picture spot around every corner it seemed. And it’s all free!
