I’ve owned my Ponytail Palm for 40+ years and lately I have felt she is sad, not feeling great - thinning out. I sent a note to Will who called me very soon after. He asked pertinent questions and I sent him pictures. I thought perhaps she needed to be repotted but he advised me strongly not to. Will explained the fine art of watering (what’s too much, too little) and being able to read the condition of the soil. I now have a plan of action that I am very excited to follow and to see her improve.
Will is knowledgeable and so friendly - and would not accept payment for his time. All he asks is for a donation if possible and/or a review of his service. A++ - If you have a question, no matter how silly it may seem, call Will for your answer!

My Aralia Fabian (Polyscias scutellaria) tree began dropping leaves that were turning yellow all of a sudden. After speaking with Will, who is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive, I took upon his sound advice. I apparently added fresh new soil on top of the existing soil, which ended up hurting the tree. The roots were not getting the oxygen they needed. He also gave me tips for watering and taking care of my other plants, after asking a few other general plant questions. Two weeks later, my tree is looking healthy as ever. I will refer everyone I know to Will Creed. Just an overall excellent experiencel

THIS GUY IS AMAZING. I called 4 places and I got the brush off. When I called Will, he was polite and knowledgable. The first thing he said is, "Send a photo, as you may not need to transplant." Which I did. He spent a good deal of time on the phone with me, and gave us wonderful guidance. I highly recommend him. He knows what he is talking about, for sure!

Will is a wealth of knowledge! I Inherited a massive Bird of Paradise and was overwhelmed by the information online around proper care. A lot of the advice assumed it was outdoors which conflicted with my current home. Will helped set me straight by providing advice on how to properly care for it in a typical Manhattan apartment. I definitely left the call feeling more confident, and he also saved me from a ton of unnecessary work. Highly recommend.

Will is a kind and generous with his time. I called him and he explained everything I needed to do with my plants. He was patient and didn't rush me off the phone. After receiving photos of the plants that needed help, he called me back and gave me advice. He provided this service complementary, which is AMAZING!! I thought the best way to repay him for his help was to purchase his book. "Don't repot that plant!" (Will Creed) His service is without compare. The best!! Highly recommend.
