Went to Foundation in Rochelle Park to stock up and try some hummus fit meals. The staff there were super helpful and put some meals aside for me that I was looking for (bc they are super popular) . Tried the grilled chicken parm wrap right away and it was amazing! Easy to heat and easy to track the macros. Can't wait to try the rest that I bought!

Best place! I live nearby so I had to check it out! The bowls are so delicious and so efficient for on the go! I loveeee the muffins. I got one for my boyfriend and he's officially obsessed. The service is very friendly and welcoming. Def recommend coming! 🤭🤍

Tried the Frozen coffee shake and it was amazing 49 grams of protein without the powdery taste, it basically tasted like a chocolate frappe. Definitely my new go to place for protein shakes, the staff is super friendly and has all your vitamin/protein/meal prep needs 10/10 recommend

I will never go anywhere else again!! Not only do they have any supplements you could want or need , but if you have a brand you like that they don’t carry they will order it for you! All the meal prep options, healthy dessert and snack are amazing 💯. I haven’t had 1 bad meal yet and to top it all off the owners are absolutely phenomenal people who just make the experience in the shop 10x better. It feels like being at home.

Cereal Milk/Fruity Pebbles muffin.....didn't stand a chance once it got home. Amazingly delicious, tasted like my childhood and I can't wait to try the other flavors.

These muffins are amazing when you want to have a snack and enjoy something healthy at the same time. If it’s warmed between 10-30 seconds it goes well with ice cream also. I suggest giving them a try
