Pros: They had everything I went there to get and then some. Everything was somewhat reasonably priced. Not super crowded. Staff was reasonably helpful.

Cons: It's a bit out of the way unless you live along 50. Staff are a little rude towards new growers and people not dealing in large volumes.

My advice: If you go there as a new grower, spend half an hour doing some research and making a list of exactly what you think you'll need from their inventory before you go in. That should help streamline things and reduce the chances of having a weird exchange with staff.

This place has a lot of selection but every time I go in they offer less and less for small growers. I don't really get it, you aren't busy and you've sold small quantities before but now it seems if it's not bulk you don't want to bother. I find myself walking out with less and less each time, hope that strategy works out for you guys.

Soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered help. Has everything for better prices. Drove over an hour to come here and will be returning. Also offers free drink when you leave.

Very poor customer service. This employee must be Asian, he’s very rude. He told me to write the price down and he says he remembers my voice. I told him, you are not listening to the questions I’m asking you that why you are repeating the same price to me when I have 3 different questions.

First time in there, good prices, but no customers service. Asked an associate about a product, he had a hard time explaining his line of though. Once again great prices, hope next time will be a better experience.
