I’m giving 3 stars because they take a long time to unload, I only had 12 pallets and they took 4 hrs to unloaded. Other than that, everything is good. Employees are so nice and respectful. Only one entrance for trucks, no overnight parking, enough space to back up into docks. Shipping and receiving office is right by the entrance, they bring you BOLs to your truck when they finish unloading.
They open at 7am

This place doesn't meet up to anything of the other reviews. We have been waitong for our load to come out. We get told it's not ready and have to wait until it's ready. Why even have a appt time of your product isn't ready. Now we are screwed to make on time delivery in CT thanks to these people.

could not be any worse
customer service was to refund me for an order and instead charged me more money as a deduction not a credit
this was after 2 phone calls and 2 agents and the first hung up on me and tried calling back but I was on with another
on my 2nd call I was told both charges would be reversed, they weren't and only 1 receipt on the initial reversal was sent
on my 3rd call, yes 3rd the agent sent me a screenshot and stated the credits were in, interesting that the receipt email arrived exactly as I called and complained

had to go to bank to confirm there was truly a credit

I had already canceled my subscription but guess what? they sent a new package today

this company is a mess!!

Prime driver, no overnight parking. Arrived at 0930 for a 1530 appointment. Got a door around 1400 and rolled out at 1630

I have a mixed review. Overall, meals have been fresh and quite delicious. However, in 5 weeks, not a single order was correct sometimes days late, missing 5-7 items at a time, sometimes containing meals I never ordered while missing others. Some meal kits were incomplete needing grocery runs. There in lies another issue, I currently have an injury making it impossible for me to get to the store and depended on these meals. The stars are for the flavor of the food and for most customer service interactions, they have always credited for these errors but otherwise I highly recommend against this company and suggest any of the known and dependable companies with the same offerings.

They took 1 hr to unload. Not bad. But staff is too worst. I asked for glass to get water from water dispenser placed there. The guy said no just for glass. Revolting

I've had Sun Basket for only 4 weeks:
Week 1: Food was delivered on time, tasted good.
Week 2: Order arrived 1 day late. Left outside of my apartment building, on its side with a gash from top to bottom. Food smelled bad. Had to toss entire order. Was credited for shipment.
Week 3: Recipe cards not included due to shipping error.
Week 4: (Credited from Week 2). Box was left outside of apartment building on its side. Box was soggy and broke apart at the touch.

I have been using sun basket for 3 years now and I absolutely love it, I have never had any issues with it. Most of the ingredients are organic and every week I try three different recipes and all of them have been delicious. I highly recommend to anyone that loves to cook but doesn’t have time to shop or think about “what’s for dinner tonight?”
