Nice staff. Check in office back side of the building near dock 1. I posted a picture, u can see. 30 minutes for loading. No restroom for drivers.

Park in the dirt lot behind or if there's room next to the dock building, Just remember you have to blindside back in. Go inside and check in and they will tell you which dock, depending on what product you are delivering. They unload fairly quickly. And don't be afraid to ask a driver or somebody inside to help you back in if there's no other driver's outside. Overall a decent place with really nice people working here.

To I. Rice company take a right on Bennett RD. First left you will see a sign (look below). Go straight and again a sign. Shipping left. Receiving right.

Driver Take Route 1 South , Turn right on Bennett Rd then 1000 feet left side long driveway if you pass Chicken filla make U turn come back, Don’t front side of Building.

If you’re delivering I would recommend you park as soon as you enter the site cuz on receiving you only park on blind side . Check in receiving and they will tell you where to unload you.

Small dock and you have to park from right side/blind spot. No restrooms. And you will make few rounds before finding the right street to enter. Otherwise unloading went fast

Loved it, they loaded me in about 45 minutes and shout out too the person who loaded me, the weight was on point, evenly distributed from steers all the way to the tandems and totaled weight, it pulls nice up the steepest hills with 42000 lbs in the trailer, well done
